Cooking Classes
Rachel, who has a culinary background, will teach any size group, from a birthday party
to couples to individuals. All age groups can benefit from learning how to cook and eat
healthily!
Classes are taught in-home (my kitchen or yours) on a couples, family or child/teens, or
one-on-one basis, beginning at age 6 through adults.
Food selections can include traditional ethnic or American fare from Italian to Japanese
to Mexican and more. Vegetarian and raw options also available. Menus are selected
to meet YOUR needs and likes!
