Appealing Eats

Vegetables are one of your best friends!

Loaded with fiber, water, nutrients, and protein all for little calories.

One super simple and flavorful way to get veggies into your daily diet is through stir-fries or scrambles.

Here I tossed frozen broccoli and stir fry veggies in a pot with garlic and some of Trader Joe’s ‘everything but the bagel’ seasoning until tender then added a pinch of sesame-chili oil, ginger dressing, and a sprinkle each of wasabi peas and gluten free crispy onion.

The flavors and toppings satisfied my tastebuds and appetite and the veggies curbed my hunger.
